Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed areas for two to eight weeks.
Almost every area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, bikini area, legs, arms, back and abdomen. Areas that are repeatedly waxed over long periods of time, often exhibit softer re-growth. Some people experience ingrown hair, red bumps and minor bleeding. These are more likely to occur when waxing areas with thick hair, especially the first time when follicles are the strongest. Ingrown hair and bumps can by regularly exfoliating and applying astringent.
We recommend 2-4 weeks for face and 4-6 weeks for body in between sessions.
